It’s one of my last days in Goose Creek. Tomorrow I go to Illinois to see my cousin get married and then, right after that, it’s off to Columbia to go to school.
In the car dealership right now, getting an oil change for my baby before I leave her at home. Half of my face is currently numb from the dental visit I had.
I feel awkward but the laptop will help take up this hour of waiting time. Maybe by then I’ll be able to talk like someone who hasn’t had a stroke.

Helped my mom film a video for Dick’s: people are loving it and I actually got to direct.
Feels like the first step towards accomplishing my dreams or at least doing what I love with little more than an iPad and my laptop. Life is good.
Thank you for being my inspiration Mr. Merchant. I’ll work more on my writing as well.
